For those saying that Eco isn't an option, have you tried to just go to Eco directly and sign up for an account? I have withdrawn from Battlefield twice to my Eco account and it has been painless.

Theres a box for "branch code", but there is no asterisk there meaning its not mandatory. I didnt put anything in there but I havent done a transfer to the bank yet.
