Confirm/Deny,

Does Bourdain actually still work at Les Halles. I'm reasonably sure he's not longer cooking there, but I wasn't sure if he was still attached to the place at all.

I would wager there's more non-NY folks that are aware of Les Halles than Peter Luger.
