I suppose I'll take a crack at it since no one else seems to be in a hurry.

F: I'd bet 7 or so, 8 is pretty close so standard imho
T: 15-20 looks good, we want fold equity here. He raises us, I can't imagine what he has without stats but I'd guess TT, JJ, maybe a smaller PP or some random bluff hand (given your read.) You are definitely priced into a call with as many as 14 clean outs (9 flush, 2 nines, 3 aces) coupled with his being maniacal.

I don't like this spot, but I don't think you did a damn thing wrong in this instance.

To answer your question, yes I think you should bet the turn strong to add FE already great hand equity vs. his range. He likely floated you on the flop, and if you check he's likely to follow through with his bluff and leave you in an even tougher spot.

Any stats on villain?
