Are you talking about getting it on when you first board the ship or when you stop at a port?
If when first boarding, that's easy. Just pack the bottles in your suitcase (not carry-on) and use plastic bottles. They don't check that luggage.
If at port, just do the water bottles with clear booze. Easy.
