I know there are limits for the visa card as far as withdrawing funds. Are those limits on a per day basis? or per transaction? I searched there web site and couldn't find a clear cut answer.
I withdrew $1,100 yesterday through the atm card but it took multiple transactions, some successful but many more were unsuccessful. On the transactions that didn't go through, I would receive an "insufficient funds " response.
and this clearly was inaccurate.
I also was unable to use the card at a brick and mortar merchant, also very frustrating.

[/ QUOTE ]There's a low limit on ATM w/d's. You somehow got around it. There's a $1K/day spending limit. You also managed to exceed that, and then encountered problems at a B&M extablishment -- no suprise since you already exceeded all limits.
I've never had the physical card declined at a Real Life store. Online has had a couple denials.
Pretty sure it is 24h for the spending limits.
