Law school is a beat, I think it sucks.
That said, where do you want to practice? If it's in Texas then go to Baylor. If not, go to the better school.
If I remember correctly, I got a brochure from Baylor and they boasted how much "harder" their school was than every other law school. I don't know why that is a brag but it turned me off from there (even though I knew I wouldn't go to Texas anyway, but still).
