Epassporte will take you just about as long as a paper check from FTP. Takes a couple of weeks to get your bank account verified, then you can only withdraw $300 / day, and the first withdrawal will hit your bank in about a week.

Your best option, (if you have poker friends you can trust) is to transfer someone FTP $$, and have them send you a check or money order. If all you're needing is rent money, then it shouldn't be a huge amount. That could buy you some time till your Epassporte account was ready or MyWebATM was setup as a withdrawal method at FTP.
