ditto... when I was growing up... my parents went through a couple REALLY ugly break-ups and make-ups.
the only fun I had for about 5 years of my childhood was those 2 hour blocks where I could watch basketball with my dad and my mom would leave us both alone. For some reason even she understood the sanctity of the Lake-Show.
when Magic announced he had aids I cried at school. Still chokes me up to this day.
