i wanted to say hi/thanks in the [censored] thread, rather than bump my drama again [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img] but, since it's here...

thanks so much guys for the all too kind words. all's good in the galapagos! i do appreciate those chiming in with words of encouragement and what not. i'd be lying if i said it wasn't nice to hear. sharing what i did was therapeutic if nothing else. more importantly, i just didn't want to vanish on you guys without reason. as sandycove testified...this stuff is nothing in the grand scheme of things (bless you bro!).

the 'bummer' was just saying goodbye to the activity & folks that filled a pretty big chunk of my life the last couple years. personal life...no worries!

i do appreciate the offer indy, it's a nice sentiment sir. but none of us need to look to far to find someone much worse off and more deserving.

early post-poker benefits:
- i've actually cooked dinner a few times in the last week
- i've laid on the couch and watched a couple movies from beginning to end
- i can finally turn in my work laptop for much needed repair with the none-company-approved software removed
