I seem to recall Grama mentioning, early on, that he developed a lactose intolerance while Worm was in the can. Explain then why we see him later on eating yogurt or ice cream out of a little cup. I am referencing the scene where Mike comes back all beat up and Grama says that if he can't cough up the dough what happened to him is gonna feel like a "Swedish massage" compared to what is going to happen to him.
On those lines, are Swedish massages noteworthy for their, uh, comfort?
And why is Grama, in this scene, dressed like an AWOL soldier in a Hanoi whorehouse?
