This is so hard because games have changed and expanded so much since most of us started playing. Off the top of my head after going through these my favorites would be:
Chrono Trigger
Legend of Zelda OOT and Link to the Past
Goldeneye + WCW vs NWO (or whatever) for multiplayer games
Baseball Stars (I dunno)
Super Mario 3, World, and 64
