They answer phone calls. I had a pending EFT and called to have it canceled so I could do a p2p last weekend. They canceled it no problem. I asked if I was not going to get the ATM card I requested. They then told me that yes, I should get it in a few days and it should work, so I didn't do the p2p.
Week goes by, no card. I e-mail them about it Friday. Today I get this response:

I feel so MUCH better that they regret my inconvenience. I guess I am a First Class Fool for believing the line they fed me on the phone and not jumping on the p2p bandwagon when I had the chance.
