The problem I see with this line is your hand is vulnerable. Do you still call down when more overs fall. Does he stop betting 99 when overs fall when he would have called a flop raise.
That being said I take the passive line 50% of the time only to be drawn out on. The other 50% I raise and he folds. My stand right now is raise and take a free SD. Fold turn to C/R considering pot size.
