PokerStars:
"PokerStars does not intervene in disputes between players relating to
transfers. If you do not know this recipient personally, or if this
transfer is part of a multi-part transaction (such as the sale of T$ or
W$, which cannot be directly transferred by players), you may wish to
contact
[email protected] for assistance."
Despite this warning you still made the transfer to the wrong
account...
As a one time exception to this stated policy we have corrected this
transfer by transferring the money back from Urbana to your
account. You will need to submit the transfer again to the correct player.
We would advise that you exercise greater caution when transfering
funds to players in the future.
