Chicken Chow Mein
Chop up celery and onion, set aside.
Cut some boneless chicken breast up and brown in electric frying pan (or regular one) in oil. Drain the oil
Add celery and onion and 1 cup of water, steam until the veggies are tender (make sure water doesn't boil off)
Add a can of bean sprouts and a can of chinese vegetables (water chestnuts and that type of junk)
In a bowl, put 2tsp of corn starch and some soy sauce. Mix it up and then add it to the chow mein to thicken it up a little.
Again serve with rice
