There are some pretty solid suggestions in this thread. I'd add these to your lineup if you are not in the mood to cook.
Bertolli Frozens are superior to all other frozen pastas I've ever tried. Each ingredient is flash frozen so all of the separate flavors come through the dish nicely. All you do is throw the contents in a large skillet, cover and heat on medium for roughly 10 minutes, and stir once halfway through. IIRC, they are < $10 and if you throw together a salad and some garlic bread you will easily get two meals out of one package. Some of the flavors include Chicken Parmigiana and Penne, Grilled Chicken Alfredo with Portobello Mushrooms, Shrimp Asparagus & Penne, Spinach and Ricotta Cheese Ravioli, Italian Sausage and Rigatoni, and others.
