I'm using a non-public email account and it took them upwards of 5 days to repsond to each of my emails about a withdrawl issue i was having.
I think they've just outsourced their support and now it sucks, if it was ever very good to begin with. (during the month it took to process my cashout, they lost my ID I emailed them and failed to reply to me at all, twice. Awesome support).
