The $6M in winnings is a part I did not see (assuming it is in there since KKF said it was).

I am extremely risk averse when it comes to health insurance. My wife is a cancer survivor (Hodgkins) and has a strong history of breast cancer in her family. Also, I have two daughters. I really like being in a group plan since you basicly cannot get dropped. I'm sure you can handle everything with your nest egg, but I would really square away health insurance before making the move. (By square away I mean mitigate the risk of getting dropped/facing a huge increase in cost if something bad happens). I really don't know what health insurers can legally do if say, god forbid, someone in your family was diagnosed with an extremely costly ongoing condition. That sort of thing terrifies me, and I am a pretty risk tollerant individual.
