Just FYI, ING's rate is 3.75%, while EmigrantDirect's is 4%. However, if you sleuth around the net, you can find a $50 bonus from ING (hint: TaxCut Direct), and even the normal bonus is $25. I'd recommend opening an ING account with the minimum required to qualify for the bonus, and putting the rest in Emigrant.
