Maybe this is a troll post and its all made up, maybe not. Regardless, assuming that this is real, and assuming that most people demonstrate a modicum of sensibility, my guess is that this is not the first (or second) incident that has lead his parents to believe he's a sexual deviant. Maybe they caught him looking at porno sites on his computer with underaged girls. Maybe they caught him peeping through the keyhole while his sister was on the can. While this doesn't mean he has been molesting his sister, it WOULD begin building a case FOR the dude being a freaky deak.
