Congrats on teh work Sam. 15 pounds off or so isn't too shabby at all. If I lost that I would be at what I would consider my ideal weight...Unfortunately, I don't exercise enough to lose weight even though I eat healthier now than I have in years.
You're an inspration Sam, keep it up! Maybe I'll join ya in shedding some pounds eventually!
Sidenote: Since I never responded in this thread. My NYGoal was simply to not drink any pop all year except for three 20 oz. "Big Red" pops. I drank those by January 2nd and haven't come even close to drinking pop since. I think I can manage this quite easily.
