Try waiting about a minute after submitting your bet. Someone I know had the same problem and support was similarly useless, and it turned out they put his account on an extremely long delay (a minute or two) between submitting the bet and getting the confirmation.

The interesting thing is that this guy bets $50 a game or so, and they still deemed his action "sharp" enough to warrant a delay.
