I'm also at 10 days. I emailed them about last Thursday and this is what I got:

withdrawals department. Due to these volumes, we are currently unable
to process withdrawals. We are endeavoring to restore withdrawal options
as soon as possible, however we unfortunately do not have a timeframe as
to when this will be available.

US member NETELLER accounts will NOT be closed, and your funds will
continue to remain available for transfer to non-gaming merchants and
other NETELLER members. As well, our funds are safely maintained in
trust accounts, and you will remain able to have full access to the
funds held in your NETELLER account.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for
your patience and understanding.
