Actually the SCs and PPs might be callable if everything goes just right: relative position, multiway-ness & stack sizes. But 99.5% of the time, they are a fold.

Example of possible raise-call:

FTP NL100, $200 stacks all around. Hero is UTG with 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], raises to 4. UTG+1 raises to 8, everyone calls. Here a call is OK. I'm not sure where a push or re-raise fits EV-wise compared to a call...
