After 4 hours on live chat and phone, I just got information from neteller senior staff that no EFTs from neteller acounts in US$ can be processed at the moment. This also goes for non-American customers with accounts in USD.

They claim that the banks will not process EFTs in USD from them. I have a hard time seeing how this can be true concidering Neteller is not regulated by US authorities, and the money will go to a European bank.

All European customers with accounts in $ have to create a new account in a different currency, with a new email and all, then transfer their funds to the new neteller account, before any cash outs to bank accounts can be made.

With netellers conversion rates this will cost European players a lot of money.
