The 'Cancel' is clickable and directs me to https://www.neteller.com/account/index.jsf#

So why does mine say 'cancel' while everyone else says Pending?!

probably because they have not yet sent it to a 3rd party processor, so you could cancel the EFT and have a check sent/ATM withdraw.

so why do people who cashed out after 1/18 see 'Pending'?

Am i the only one with a 'Cancel' option?!?!?!
