I have successfully cancelled a "pending" transaction that was made late afternoon the 16th. I CANNOT cancel ones that were made late night/early morning the 15th and still show as accepted. This is fact. below is opinion.

It is very possible that some can be cancelled and others cannot simply based on where they got "stuck" in the process, and/or WHICH processor the got sent too
