just called. They told me it will be 2-3 weeks from my withdrawl date(1/16). The transaction was Accepted later that day but on 1/21 it was reversed to Pending.

I asked the customer service girl(Vanessa) if she would cancel the transaction so I could make a full withdrawl for the full amount in my account. She then asked me my account number, which I gave her. She then said, "Um, I need to speak with the account holder". I said this is he. She said she didnt think so and that I would have to fax in government issued ID! I asked to speak to her supervisor and was then hung up on before I spoke to anyone else.

My take? Flip a freakin coin. Heads the $ shows up, tails it doesnt....
