Why of course? If he had 1M in balances insured and neteller went busto for some weird reason...are you sure he would pay in full? I don't know the guy so it's a simple question. Running an honest affiliate business (where it's in your financial interest to do so) and paying out 1M out of your own pocket are two very different things.
