Yeah, speakers don't match - might have to go. They sound good tho and I don't really bump, so they work.

I actually cut up a set of headphones for the mini jack, cut off the parallel port cable of an old printer, soldered up a cable (I *BELIEVE* that's how I did it - it was 4 years ago that I hacked it). I then TELNETed into my Tivo using linux and threw in some code I found on the net so that it believes it's another room of my brothers house who lives half a state away. That way, he pays $5 /mo extra for me to piggyback on his platnum package.

I used to fully hack my P2 card so without any subscription I could get all channels and PPV for free, but they stopped the P2 cards from working a LONG time ago in my area.
