That's the only advice I have, I suck at medical advice. I have these chest pains from time to time, I think it's a back thing of some sort, but it makes my chest hurt when I breathe in deep. So naturally what I do is eventually get pissed off and beat my chest with my fist. That's the kind of mind you are picking from.
