Reraise???

Seeing quite a few responses saying reraise and it's just not jiving with me. Are we just looking to blow him off now, or take it down with c-bet? Couldn't we do that with any 2 cards? Is this situational and we think CO is stealing? Why are we reraising?

I'd fold without a read, but reraising is not bad.
Much of the time you get a fold preflop.
Other times your cbet gets a fold.
Sometimes you flop the best hand or a strong draw.
And yes, from time to time, you will be up against JJ+/AQ+.
But the majority of the time a reraise will work out fine.
