1: If CO is a blind stealer, raise to 6. If he is a value raiser, raise to 8.

2: Raise to 3
3: Call
4: Raise to 6 or fold
5: Fold or raise to 2
6: Raise to 2.5
7: Raise to 3
8: Call if you can play good postflop, fold otherwise
