This is boring and what every guy does... if I had to do this it would read somewhat like the following:

Hey X,
I saw your profile, and decided that you are a looker and that Id shoot you an invite to a party my friends and I are having for X on X. My cell phone is X, call me or write back on here and we can get dinner and Ill let you know the details about the party.

Of course, it doesnt matter much what you say, if she doesnt think you're attractive in the picture, you dont stand a chance
