Nah, the bonus is brilliant. But instead of setting the goals "just out of reach" of past volume patterns, causing the player to increase their volume over current levels, they should have just created the incentives to maintain play levels.
PERSONALLY, although I'm annoyed with my offer, which forces 25 hrs/wk on me, deep down inside I'm thankful because I know I will put in more hours than I would have otherwise. I'll make it happen.
