I think you miscalculated the stacks, since calling the BBs push here would involve putting in another 49 units. If calling that 49 units with AK was correct against the range specified then the EV of the "raise 40, with the intention of folding" would be lower than the EV of pushing. But thats not the case. If he also pushes with some overcard rebluffs, then maybe things change.
