It seems that all the U.S Attorney's Office has to do is write a letter to epassport and they will roll over just as Neteller did. Goes to show how easy it's gonna be to enforce this law and it also indicates that they may be intending too.
All that's left now is a government letter to a couple of major U.S. banks and they will refuse to accept our checks from pokerstars if we choose to be paid that way.
We're down to two ways left of making transactions: epassport and getting a check to or from the pokersite.
