You might want to look up fact in the dictionary. I think you got it wrong. Right now online poker has only taken colateral damage, all DOJ initiatives have been directed at sports gambling. Pokerstars and FullTilt, being private companies that only deal with online poker, which lies in a gray area which the DOJ has not yet entered, have no reason to fear yet. We can still hope and have confidence in the fact that the powers that be for these sites do not panic.

PS, FT and others may have a chance because they stayed away from blackjack, sportsbook and other customer-hasen't-got-a-chance-in-the-world gambling activities. Too many in here are though in denial and need to wake up. The sky may not be falling quite yet, but it's getting damn close.
