1. You say he's not aggro, so it seems AQ isn't a likely hand, as you said. If you're daring enough, you could even raise his flop bet to see where you are. But calling to probe on the turn isn't a bad move either. It's an obvious fold there; check-raise usually equals death. The way the hand was played, it looks like QQ.
2. No cont bet? [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img] You have position on him as well, which is great. Take advantage of the check and bet once again, to see where you are. Checking gives virtually no info. I doubt he had KK or AA there, because he would have reraised you preflop if he were a decent player. AK, I don't think either, since he didn't bet the flop. My guess is that he sensed weakness on the flop, and either hit an A or bet the A scare card on the turn with a weaker hand.
