I actually avoided 2+2 early for the same reasons. I fount threaded mode impossible. Now in flat mode and show all, I think it's my favorite now.

this is a good point actually.
I think it's very possible that Daniel has not caught up with the 2+2 way to get the heck out of threaded mode. Which would explain why he hates trying to navigate around here so much.
Also needs to set the total posts per page in flat-mode to 100, and total threads shown to 100.
