No way. The show is popularly and critically acclaimed (see ratings, Golden Globes, and Emmys). Taking that into account, I'd say that the burden of proof is clearly on those who think the show sucks, not on those who don't.
For everyone saying how terrible 24 is, what are you watching that's so much better? I can only think of 4-5 shows currently on TV that are more entertaining.
