Hello Brian,

Thank you for your email to Full Tilt Poker.

My suggestion to you and other players is to be careful when you make
such transfers. Your profiles as high stakes poker players make you
subjected targets for thieves and opportunists. Perhaps a confirmation
on the phone with the other party to ensure the validity of such
transfers in the future would help negate such an occurrence from
happening again.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to let me know.
Again, I am sorry that there is nothing I can do for you here.

Regards,

On the phone....WTF...Are they saying that the player contacts them or the player they are transferring to ??

Full Tilt is a joke....End Of !!!

they are saying that players call each other and confirm the transfer by phone, which is not a bad idea, but also no excuse at all for their lack of action and security.

FT is handling this so poorly it's unimaginable
