Still a problem for me, but used to be much worse 'til I decided to replace my "before going to bed" activities (usually mindless / fun / stimulating stuff like watching TV, surfing Internets, chatting with people) with much more boring / potentially "productive" stuff. Like to-do lists for the next day, or bills, or something.
