I realize that I am a nobody here and on FTP, but I was going to send this email to FT support, given your approval. Perhaps others can do the same.


To: Larry, Cashier Security Manager:

In a recent series of posts on the 2+2 forums, fraudulent activities involving FTP have come to the poker community’s attention. In the face of stiff competition for our play, I am taking this time to encourage you to gain our trust by taking several actions. First, implement better security measures regarding fund transfers on your site. The ability to voluntarily block or limit such transfers would be helpful. Second, since your email system was apparently down at the time of this incident, I would like to see an emergency number to call in such situations. Finally, given that none of these simple recommendations were in place, it would be a show of good faith for FTP to refund the stolen money.
