Line moves are done by the public, like last year when the head Handicapper at MGM Mirage said the spread on USC should be 4.5 in the newspaper, but they were opening at 6.5 due to square interest, and it immediately moved to 7.5/8 anyway. Obvs Texas won outright.

High profile means more Public bettors means more oppurtunity.
