Center is one of the most physically and mentally demanding positions on the field. They call the shots on the O-Line and mix it up with the strongest guys on the field.
QB has been covered.
DT and RB have the shortest lifespans of any positions on the field.
CB or MLB might be next. They're both physical and mental in very different ways. MLB is the "QB" of the defense, and is often running into the line of scrimmage to make tackles. Corners have likely the biggest responsibility of anyone once the play starts, and they need a lot of speed and endurance. There's not as much contact as in other positions, but the average DB is under 6 feet and they're often called upon to Jam and mix it up with much bigger receivers.
That Needle has a similar list to mine is comforting - he'd have a better idea than I would.
