I'd call it down and take notes. He could have a lone [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] and wants to increase his chance of winning.
If you're ahead he may have a lot of outs to beat you, but you're still a solid favourite. If he has two overcards with a flushdraw (15 outs) you're a 2:1 favourite. If you're behind you're crushed but against an aggressive player, you can never really assume that. I'd put more stock in a semi-bluff than a made hand, since I think a stronger hand probably checkraises you here. Also if a fourth [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] hits on the river you can fold and save a bet, which increases your profit on the hand.
I think a calldown is good here.
