I definitely agree that it all evens out in the end and I am actually happy that it happened to me in the $10 tournament and not the other games I play but when it happens to me on the river with the nuts in a big 20/40 pot I will not be subscribing to the "it all evens out in the end" theory.
I did not bother to email support about my hand (does anyone know where on your computer HHs are stored?) but I would hope that people who do email support about being folded unintentionally should have their money refunded. I hope even more that WSEX GM comes on this thread and tells us that the bug has been fixed but in the meantime proactive customer support could help aleviate the problem
