My point is that if the old testament is done away with for christians, then why does eating fat still cause heart disease?

If that law has been repealed by christ or whatever, why is there still a penalty(heart disease) attached to it?

I'm using a more conventient example of the general principle because mixed fabric doesn't lend itself well to argumentation.
