PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (9 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is SB with T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
UTG raises to t600, 1 fold, MP1 calls t600, MP2 calls t600, 3 folds, Hero raises to t2000, 1 fold, UTG folds, MP1 folds, MP2 calls t1400.

Flop: (t5400) 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Of course after the flop I wish I just smooth called, but I can't see playing a hand like 10s this way from the SB.
Bet or check the flop? Checking gives away a monster, betting probably scares away everything but an overpair, which is unlikely considering the way he played it.

Somewhat read dependent, but I'd check this hand to the riv if necessary & pray villian improves.
